FightMyTicket

Privacy Policy

Effective date: May 26, 2026
Our license-plate promise

We never store your license plate. Your ticket photo is used only to read the ticket and is then permanently deleted — we do not retain the image or the plate data. You’re welcome to cover your plate in the photo first; leaving it visible just lets us check it for errors that can get a ticket dismissed.

This Privacy Policy explains how Daniel Carabano d/b/a FightMyTicket ("FightMyTicket") handles your information.

1. Information we collect.

2. How we use information.

To generate your analysis and documents; to operate your account and credits; to process payments; to provide support; and to improve the service, including improving our defense database from case data and outcomes.

3. Artificial intelligence.

To produce your analysis, your case information and ticket photos are sent to a third-party AI provider that processes them on our behalf to generate the result.

4. Service providers we share data with.

We use trusted providers strictly to run the service: hosting and database (Supabase), payment processing (Stripe), the AI analysis provider, email delivery (Resend), and web hosting (Netlify). They may process your data only to provide their service to us.

5. Improving the service (the learning loop).

We use case details and case outcomes — in anonymized or aggregated form — to improve our defense database and the quality of future analyses. [ATTORNEY] — review whether the consent here should be opt-in.

6. Data retention and your choices.

Your uploaded ticket photos are used only to generate your analysis and are then permanently deleted — we do not retain ticket images or license-plate data once your analysis is complete. We keep your case record (the text of your analysis and documents) while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and your cases by contacting us at mrcarabano@gmail.com. [ATTORNEY] — confirm this retention approach satisfies applicable law and set any further retention period for the case-record text.

7. Security.

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no system is perfectly secure.

8. Children.

The service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

9. Your rights.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your information. Contact us to exercise them.

10. Changes.

We may update this Policy; we will post the new effective date.
